Shipping
Your samples will arrive via UPS to your door within 4-6 business days. Examine the quality and color variations among products. Place them in your rooms using the natural light of your home to get a feel for how they will look. For more information, please see our FAQs below:

How many samples can I order?
You may order up to 1 Palisade sample per color/finish. If you request more than 10 samples, we have found that it’s typically in your best interest to have a free consultation with one of our Palisade Panels specialists. If more than 10 samples are requested, we will place the order on hold until we reach you to ensure were sending exactly what you need for your project.
How much do the samples cost?
The samples are completely free of charge. All you pay for is shipping to your doorstep.
How are the samples shipped?
We ship our samples in proprietary bags via UPS directly to your door. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours via UPS Ground with tracking and drop-off without signature. We only offer shipping on samples to Canadian addresses that offer standard ground postal services. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Residents of these states should call 1.844.407.2853 for a shipping quote. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
What about international shipping?
At this time, our shipping is restricted to the Continental United States and Canadian addresses that offer standard ground postal delivery. This restriction is due to constantly changing shipping and customs costs outside the U.S. If you are outside the Continental United States or Canada, please call 1.920.886.6763 to find out how much shipping is to your location.
